These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hotel Sonajhuri website (sonajhuridigha.com) and any bookings or enquiries made with Hotel Sonajhuri, a unit of Hotel Priyadarshini, New Digha, West Bengal.

1. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that pricing, availability or facility descriptions are free of errors. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or copy content without permission.

2. Booking Enquiries

  • A form or WhatsApp enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only once we reply to you and receive any advance payment we ask for.
  • Room rates, taxes and inclusions are as communicated in that confirmation.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in: 11:00 AM.
  • Standard check-out: 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
  • Guests must present a valid government photo ID at check-in. Local IDs may not be accepted for couple bookings as per local norms.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: full refund of advance, minus any transaction charge.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: one night’s room charge may be retained.
  • No-shows: full advance is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave without refund if they behave in a way that endangers other guests or staff, damages hotel property, or violates local law.

6. Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or hotel property caused during their stay and may be charged the cost of repair or replacement.

7. Pets

We are pet-friendly on request. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable room and confirm the applicable pet fee (if any).

8. Liability

Hotel Sonajhuri is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas, or for interruptions caused by events outside our control (power cuts, weather, government notifications, etc.).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
